Existing Documents not showing after upgrade DMSF from 1.5.6 to 1.5.8

Hi,
I am new to Redmine and I need some help trying to figure out why I am not able to see any documents after upgrading DMSF plugin from 1.5.6 to 1.5.8. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Our documents are in /var/www/redmine/files/dmsf and that's the default repository. Cannot view the docs in DMSF UI and also getting internal error when trying to upload new files.
