Markup on wiki isn't working?

Just installed Redmine and not quite sure if I need to do anything special, but for some reason the markup language isn't working. I've installed Redmine before and I don't recall having this issue. For example, "h2. Test", "h1. test" it all turns out to be the exact same font and size, even if I just type out regular text without any heading.
It looks like it's already set to textile, which supports h1, h2, h3, etc. but yet it's not converting it on the wiki. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?
