Active directory OU authentication

Hi all,
I have successfully installed redmine 3.2.0.
In my company we use Active directory authentication. Users are inside its department OU.
So, We are having problem to authenticate users that are inside a OU.
Can you help me to authenticate users that are inside other OU than default Users OU?
