Removing or restricting "For any event on all my projects" from email notifications

Hi,
I Have some users outside my development team whom I gave the permission to see their own issues and issues assigned to them. I don't need them to see other issues. So far so good. Problem arises when they change email notification to "For any event on all my projects", which makes Redmine to notify them of everything happening in the project they are member of!
So, is there a way to remove this option from the list? Or at list, restrict some type for some Roles?
