500 Internal Server error when changing Tracker in safari

Safari stable and public beta
When trying to change tracker while creating an issue I get a 500.

Sorry to be a pest but does anyone know why this might be happening / any ideas on how to diagnose it.
I have discovered a friend running redmine does not get this issue.

This is a Safari issue.
I am getting the exact same error when using Safari 4x, but when I am using FireFox it works just fine.
