Redmine

Hi, first say that i'm a complete noob with ROR, so i'm asking for some step by step help.

What i'm trying to acomplish is to get svn skeleton (branches, tags, trunk) created when i setup a new project with redmine. My redmine installation is working with no problems using auto svn creation using reposman.rb

So if anyone has this feature working i really appreciate some help.
