Redmine operation speed is abnormally slow

Instance Type : c3.large

- RAM : 3.75gb
- Drive : C(34.5/50gb), D(61.9/100gb)
Redmine : Bitnami Redmine 3.4.4-1
Details
- Ruby : 2.3.3p222 <2016-11-21 revision 56859> [i386-migw32]
- Rails : 4.2.8
- MYSQL : ver14.14 Distrib 5.6.38, for Win32
It takes an unusually long time to register, edit an issue, or upload or download a file.
We also share logs when it took an unusually long time.
Can I know the cause?
