After upgrading synology 7.2, Redmine internal error only in id changing or creating.

Added by msg lee 10 months ago

I'm using redmine in Synology NAS DSM 7.2, and container manager.

After upgrading synology NAS DSM 7.2 version, I can not edit anything within ID properties and creat user ID.
In synology 7.2, docker changed to container manager.
And, in synology DSM7.2, I installed and tested redmine old version and new version 5.0 redmine also.
The result is same that I can not edit user id properties and creat new id.

I asked this problem to Synology HelpDesk, but I got a general answer.
In my opinion, redmine folder's owner is blank at docker, but is 1000 at container manager.
Is it possible that a permission problem can cause an error in redmine?
If it true, can I fix that error?

<redmine directory permission>

drwxrwxr-x 1 1000 1000 488 Dec  3  2022 redmine
