Issue with Email Address Not Updating for Notifications in Redmine 5.1.1.stable.22558

Hello,

I am currently using Redmine version 5.1.1.stable.22558. Recently, I had to change the email address associated with my account. After updating the account's email address, I noticed that notifications are still being sent to the old email address instead of the new one. However, when I check the user information, it shows that the email address has been updated to the new one.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions to resolve this problem.

Hello,

There might be an additional email address added to your account. You can check it from the "My Account" >> "Emails" button, right before the "Change Password" option.

Thank you for your response.

I have confirmed that multiple email addresses are not registered, and I verified that a test email is sent to the registered email address through the following menu:

Administration -> Settings -> Email notifications -> Send a test email.

However, I noticed that notifications for Issues and other alerts are still being sent to the previously registered address.
