Paid installation?

I just discovered Redmine today and in reading the installation instructions, I'm not sure how to execute some of the command line and database commands on a shared hosting plan. Are there any experienced folks out there who can install Redmine for me for a flat fee? I'm not family with Ruby on Rails and am willing to yield to someone who knows this stuff inside and out.
