Status "feedback"

Hi.

Could somebody explain me meaning of status "feedback"? When it is used?

Hi

The status feedback is used in my company to comment what's being done on an issue : if i create an issue, someone work on it and explain his work, i can then pass the status on feedback to say for example "no it's not what i was looking for", or "when do you think you will be done" etc.

So for example the life of ticket looks like this?:
1. new
2. assigned - someone took the ticket and started work
3. feedback - you ask a question "when do you think you will be done"
4. assigned - he answered "till end of month"
5. resolved
6. closed

Anybody uses it in different way?
