Save files to network location

Hello,

I want to save the files/documents/attachments to a network location. Not in the files folder of the redmine installation directory. Does anybody know if that is possible?

Hello!
If your redmine running under linux (bsd or other unix-like OS), you can mount network location to redmine's server.

Do you know if there is a setting somewhere to set the location to the mounted network location?
I have looked at all settings pages in redmine but I can't find a setting for the path.

As i know, there isn't any settings to set the location, where redmine will save attachments - files will always save to REDMINE_ROOT/files.
But you can mount your network location to REDMINE_ROOT/files.
