Mercurial Revision Download

Hello,
I am looking for a Redmine plugin that would allow users to download a specific revision of a Mercurial repository.
I already found one for Git on the plugin list ( http://redmine.debuntu.org/projects/gitrevision-download/wiki ) but none for Mercurial yet.
Is it possible ?
Can the Git-intended plugin be (easily) hacked to work for Mercurial ?
