Could not access webdav location

Hi,
we are using redmine for some time for project management. now i am asked to configure webdav plugin with redmine. I have configured the plugin using the link (http://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_webdav) but when i try to access the webdav location using the redmine user and pass. I am not gaining access to the location. I can access redmine by (http://myserver).
I ma trying to configure this for 5 days.Can anyone help me in configuring this. any help would be greatly appreciated.
