CMI Plugin Issue

Installed redmine-1.1.2,and applied the CMI plpugin Now we are facing the bellow issues:
1.Spanish tabs and descriptions
2.Translation missing CMI,Metrics is displaying
Steps we tried
1.We copied the contents of en.yml to en-GB.yml.
2.We also loaded the default dat by running these below command
rake db:migrate:plugin NAME=redmine_cmi
rake cmi:create_data
rake cmi:load_role_costs_history
rake cmi:load_user_role_history
rake cmi:recalculate_costs
still CMI plugin is not working.
