Can Redmine code_review plugin send email when someone make a review？

I hope Redmine can have a function. When someone make a review using code_review plugin, Redmine can send an email to every accounts email address, so that other members of the project can get the review information about their code in short time. Is there any plugins can implement this function. Thanks.
