redmine_backlogs configure is not affect

I installed Redmine 1.0.4.stable and be able to install redmine_backlogs v0.6.14 OK.
But when I configure the plug in successful but I could not use the plug in. I still see the message
"You have not configured Backlogs yet. Please go to Administration > Plugins, then click on the Configure link for this plugin. Once you have set the fields, come back to this page to start using the tool. "
And still see 'Configure' link when I go to plug in in administration.
Thank you for any suggestion.
