how can I use zh.yml

Hi,
I have a problem,zh.yml & en.yml in config/locales folder,but when I used like this l(:lable_name) or chinese characters,its show ????,why? please tell me how can i do?

I solved it.zh.yml saved as utf-8 by vi(or gvim set to utf-8) instead of notepad or write in windows OS.
