Sprint status and report

Hi
I can't find in plugins functionality, which allows user to set sprint status (e.g. Failed, Success) and then generate statistics of that sprint.
Also is possibility to create team and then start sprint for that team? I have 4 team and I like to start sprints for them and collect statistics of sprints status.
