Working Chat Plugin

Hi all,
I don't seem to be able to find ANY working chat plugin in the repository. I found 4 related. The slack one is working but requires third party servuices to work, one is a plugin to a fork and does not work on redmine and the other 2 simply don't work.
Any clue?
