[testlink] Connexion between Redmine and Testlink

Hi everybody,
I have testlink 1.9.13 and a redmine 2.6.2 installed on a ubuntu 14.0.4 server. In /var/www/html.
I added the testlink plugin and configured it but nothing seems to be happend on redmine, no additional information.
On test link side, i had an issue tracker configuration but when i want to try connexion i get a blank page.
I also get a blank page if i link the configuration to a project and want to execute test plan.
here is the configuration :

So i'm looking for any solution to link redmine and testlink. I had a user api key but i'm not sure it is the good one, so i also would like to know where i can find the redmine api key.
