Redmine

We are interested in porting, or having this plugin ported to redmine 3.2.0. It currently works on 2.4.

Not being ruby programmers, we don't know where to start.

Is the functionality of 3.2.0 that much different that it will be a complete rewrite?

We also consider this as a consulting project.
