Notification settings for groups
Like in user settings, it should be possible to change notification settings for groups or at least to disable emails going to whole groups (i.e. when an issue is assigned to it).

In addition to that it would also be nice to be able to configure a group email address to which mails for notifications for that group get send to.There is two options for this to behave:
- notifications go to group mail address only where the group is directly involved e.g. a ticket is assigned to the group or the group is in the watchlist
- notifications go to group mail address for where the group is directly involved and where user of that group are involved
I assume the first one might be easier to implement and it would also suit my needs at the moment.
