Ordinal column in filter result

Description

I need that in the result of applying any filter to the issues, a column with the ordinal of the same is generated, just as in Excel the row numbers are indicated.
This is because I have more than 800 Issues and ordered by a particular column, I need to identify the position it occupies over the total.

I complement with some images.
