Redmine 0.9.6 released - security fix

This security release addresses some security vulnerabilities found in the advanced subversion integration module (Redmine.pm perl script). Upgrading is strongly recommended for all 0.9.x users who are using the advanced subversion integration.

You can download this release at Rubyforge and find the instructions for upgrading in the wiki. This release contains no other changes since 0.9.5.
