 h2. Minutes

 The IRC log of the meeting will be made available here once we figure out the best way to do that. Also a summary of actionable items will be posted here after the meeting. Uploaded raw log attached.

 *Decisions and Action Items*
 * Creation of [[Teams]]
 * Next Meeting is for team Leaders - May 14th 1300UTC
 * Redmine becomes more "framework-like" in that it is very pluggable, _but_ ships with several default plugins that maintain redmine as a great out-of-the box tool.
 ** Core -> "Core blessed plugins" -> plugins.
 ** More modular Redmine people can pick and choose how their redmine works
 * #337 moved to 1.1
 * 1.0 Release schedule is:
 ** May - Regular development, get in as many features as feasible
 ** June - Feature freeze and bugmash, after which put out a Release Candidate
 ** July => release 1.0
 * Logo design contest sometime before 1.0
 * All agreed Plugin Directory needs to be created. We will explore a couple of options and come back to this.
