subversion with redmine

Hello,
I have installed redmine in my server, I can access to my project server SVN with adresse : http://192.168.1.6/projet this is the SVN + apache2
In this web page, i have all files of my project.
But i have created a project in my web page of redmine, but in the setting of the project in the repository i choose SCM subversion and URL : http://192.168.1.6/projet.
But when i saved, there is no files in the redmine browser of this project.

i have enter this command after in my server : ruby script/runner "Repository.fetch_changesets" -e production
but there is an error like : ruby : no such file or directory
