Creating new issues is slow.

Hello,
I have a question.
Creating new issues is slow. Redmine is running on VMware virtual OpenSUSE (HW config 2 processors and 1GB RAM) but creating new issues is realy slow (cca 25 seconds). Which may be the problem?
