User´s permissions

Hi,

I´m having troubles with some permissions in Redmine.

If I have a project with more than one user, how I configure it for an user don´t modify others issues??

Is that possible?

No. If user can modify issue - he can do it with all issue in this project. May be in 1.1 version..
