Upgrading from 0.7.2 to 1.0.1

Hi,
Is it possible to migrate from 0.7.2 to 1.0.1? I'm trying now but have a lot of problems with the database upgrade. I installed a new machine with the new version, I've copied the database and ran a "rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production". The command ran fine but there are some fields missing in some table (for example, lft and rgt fields of projects table).

I've followed the upgrade steps in the official documentation.

I'm trying to migrate from 0.8.7 to 1.0.1, with the identical process and problems that Diego's faced.

I've installed Redmine 1.0.1 using the Bitnami installer on a new machine, I've copied the DB from the old machine to the new machine and ran "rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production".

Does anyone have any pointers? Is the move from 0.7/8.x to 1.0.1 broken because of changes to the DB structure? If so, how do I migrate?

NOTE: I cannot upgrade over 0.8.7 on the old machine because of hardware issues on that machine.
