Extended LDAP Authentification

Hello everybody!

We use redmine with LDAP Authentification. Everything is ok, but we want Redmine to grab more attributes about users from LDAP. For example phone number, skype id, etc. So that members of projects could get more information about each other via redmine interface.

Now there are only four fields available: Login, Firstname, Lastname and Email.

I hope I clearly described our problem. Is there any way to do that?

As far as I know, it's not possible without patching Redmine.

Search the issue tracker with category=LDAP to have a look for similar requests, if there's none available you may want to open a feature request.

I mean I have already searched something similar via search, unfortunately without success.
