How to disable recieving email about changes made by myself?

This is not good when i recieve everything i do by myself on email. What for? in this letters i loosing other mails.

Hello,

if you go to "my account" (upper right corner) you can choose to get e-mails from your own changes or not (I don't want to be notified of changes that I make myself).
