Redmine Rails 3

Please, is there any provision for the Rails migration Redmine 3?

I'm not sure what a provision is, but the migration to rails 3 is difficult because the rails engines in the form redmine uses them for plugins isn't present in rails 3. That means that aside from the obvious hardship of converting the app to rails 3, we would make every plugin need a complete rework. Rails 3.1 is scheduled to have better engines support, or at least something similar to rails engines in 2.3, and porting redmine to rails 3 will be reconsidered then.

Do you have any specific need for rails 3?
