Text shown incorrectly in Arabic characters (in English installation)

Hi to all, we're just starting to learn how to use Redmine. We have a fresh installation and we have this problem: Some fields are being shown in some Arabic language, we want it in English. What could be the problem? I couldn't find the answer anywhere else.
