Add a custom field or plugin ?

Hi all.

I'm working on IT service, i've got few question about redmine.

We've got an SLA in hours 12 - 24 - 48h yet when we are closing a ticket hours dont appears only the date.
Does a plugin exist in order to add this info when we close incident / ticket ?

I've thinking to add a custon field too, yet if you know a plugin doing this job i take it.

Where do you expect the time to appear? Do you mean at database level or in the application itself?

Does a plugin exist in order to add this info when we close incident / ticket ?

You'll probably get more and better answers if you write more than just "Info" in the Subject line...

Hi,

In fact when a tracker is closed you've got only the date when it was closed. ( or i didnt see the option )

I must have date + hour when the tracker was closed in order to set KPIs.
