Any user see all tasks

I install redmine by BitNami in local net. For any user from brauser

http://<my_conp>:3000/redmine

It's normally, than any use (without logon in redmine) see all created tasks?

when creating , donot select "public"

Thanks. In my localized (russia) redmine this flag is "privat" and it unchecked.
