Method not implemented

Dears,
When I upload a file in redmine appears this message:"Method not implemented". See attached file "redmine_method.jpg". What could be wrong?

My server installation details (Kinghost environment).
Environment:
Redmine version 2.3.1.stable
Ruby version 1.8.7 (x86_64-linux)
Rails version 3.2.13
Environment production
Database adapter MySQL
Redmine plugins:
redmine_backlogs v1.0.1
redmine_monitoring_controlling 0.1.1
redmine_parking_lot_chart 0.0.7

You may look in redmine_path/log/production.log. Also, try without plugins...

Hello Ivan,
I removed the plugins but the problem continues. Also did not find anything relevant in production.log, I put attached here.
Any other suggestions?
