Is there any plugin that allows to document existing dependencies? The idea is to register all the database objects, services, applications and the dependencies between them. Besides registration, to have a visual component to show these dependencies like a "mind map" / "neural network" view.

For instance, application A uses a database object B (like a view or stored procedure). That view uses the object table C. The application A also uses an object from another database and a web service. When we change the object C, we want to easily have knowledge of the impact in the applications or other objects or services; in this case, in object B and application A.
