Two redmine instances on the same serveur

Hello all

I've installed Redmine 2.5.3 on a Linux CentOs 6.6.
I've followed the procedure from this link "http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/install_Redmine_25x_on_Centos_65_complete#Setting-up-Apache-and-FastCGI"

I would like to use the same server for 2 or 3 instances like
xxxx.ch
yyyy.fr
zzzz.org
each of them has it own database and it own redmine folder
The first one is working correctly on the port 3000, xxxx.ch:3000
I've configured the second one on the port 3001, yyyy.fr:3001
When I try to connect to it, I get an error 500.

I think, I need to set something else but I don't know where.
Could you help a beginner?

HTTP error 500 is an internal server error. Please post the config files and a relevant portion of the error log.
