Cost for implementing Redmine

Need to know the details of associated cost for implementing Redmine at Organization level for complete project management. I understand that it is a Open Source tool but still wanted to know when cost will come into picture. Please provide some details.

Hi,

For a company of around 500 employees all using Redmine you have to consider a half part time job (Ruby on Rails expert and IT administration acknowledged person) the first two years, to adapt the company processes to the Redmine structure. After that all depends of how deeply you want to integrate Redmine in your IT processes.
