Access at the task level

Добрый день уважаемые специалисты.
Существует ли возможность организовывать доступ на уровне задач (т.е. для одной задачи один пользователь может ее только читать, другой может ее к примеру редактировать, а на другой задаче наоборот) стандартными средствами или плагинами.
На данный момент очень не удобно организовывать доступ проектами, приходится кучу проектов плодить.
Ну или может быть есть какое то альтернативное решение?

Good day dear experts .
Is it possible to organize access to the task level (ie, for the problem of one user can only read it , another can edit it to suit , and the next task on the contrary ) by standard tools or plug-ins .
At the moment, is not very convenient to organize access to projects , it is necessary to produce a bunch of projects.
Or maybe there is some alternative solution ?
