Redmine page logging out quickly

This is the error message: your session has expired. Please log in again. Once the ticket is created, it cannot be viewed.

Redmine admins can configure the maximum lifetime of sessions. If you are the admin, you can configure this in Administration -> Settings -> Authentication where you can configure the following settings:

  • Session maximum lifetime
  • Session inactivity timeout
    (1-1/1)
