Improper URLs within notification mails when using Virtualhosting

I am running Redmine on localhost:3000 behind an Apache serving Redmine under an official domain name using this configuration:

ProxyPreserveHost On

Let apache serve the static content
ProxyPass /images !
ProxyPass /stylesheets !
ProxyPass /javascripts !
ProxyPass /favicon.ico !
ProxyPass / http://127.0.0.1:3000/
ProxyPassReverse / http://127.0.0.1:3000/

The notification mails contain localhost:3000 as URL to the tickets instead of the official domain name. Where
can I fix this configuration?

This is a setting in the Administration panel. I just posted a FAQ item for it, since it has come up a few times already.
