Link wiki pages in subprojects

Welcome,
I've question related with possibility to link from main project wiki page to subprojects wiki pages. It's at all possible?
I'll be very greatfull for any suggestions how can I do it.

This feature isn't currently implemented within the Redmine core. Though a plugin solution for this is available as in the Wiki Extensions plugin. See http://www.r-labs.org/wiki/r-labs/Wiki_Extensions_en#Link-to-the-page-of-other-projects for more details.
