Repository viewer displays wrong commit message

Hello.

When I submit a change to a repository (in my case svn), with brackets such as "[base] changed this, changed that", the bracket part gets parsed wrongly when viewing the changes on redmine and ends up something like "/> changed this, changed that".

I'm running 0.8.7 and I'm hoping to fix this without upgrading for now.
