Redmine Recieving emails setup in mediatemple (gs) gridservice

I am trying to run

ruby rdm-mailhandler.rb --url http://pm.domains.net --key mykey

and nothing happens in the command line. Can I even do it in mediatemple gs - note that I am using sendmail to send mails. I dont see any docs on configuring sendmail for this

I don't know what mediatemple is, but you need to pipe incoming emails into the mailhandler. You will furthermore need to either define a default project (an issue needs a project, and there's no redmine-wide default project), or allow the project to be overridden in the mail and set it in the mail.
