Problems with issue status after trac import

Added by Nick Blievers almost 14 years ago

Configuration data:
  1. ruby --version
    ruby 1.8.6 (2009-08-04 patchlevel 383) [x86_64-linux]
  2. rails --version
    Rails 2.3.5
  3. cat /etc/issue
    CentOS release 5.5 (Final)
    Kernel \r on an \m
  4. mysql --version
    mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.77, for redhat-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.1
Using Webrick and redmine 1.0.0 rc

Problem Description:

I imported a bunch of trac issues using the migration script. Then, because we were using some extra statuses in trac, I added 2 new statuses (reviewing/reviewed), and edited the work flow, also removing some unneeded statuses (feedback). However, now I cannot change any imported issue status to closed or rejected -- but a new issue does not have this problem, its only the issues I imported from trac!

I hope that explanation is clear, but just in case. The problem does not appear to be with my workflow or user permissions, as creating new bugs doesn't show the problem. Its ONLY with the migrated issues.

If I can provide any more information, please ask... hopefully someone can help, cause this is pretty much showstopper at this point! :(

Bah, nevermind, I figured it out. Can't close issues that are blocked by other issues.
