After upgrade I am seeing template code on the site like {{author}}, and {{total}}

How can I fix this? I recently updated to the latest stable, ruby 1.8.7, rubygems 1.3.7, and passenger 3.0. Everything works great but I see all these tokens all over the place where there should be values. Screenshot attached.

This looks like the same as descriped in issue #7013.
