Redmine version 2.2.2.stable
Ruby version 1.9.3 (i386-mingw32)
Rails version 3.2.11
Environment production
Database adapter SQLite
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installed

New installation using Microsoft Web Platform Installer, Helicon Zoo feed;
O/S:
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

Emission email address: (address used for testing configuration)

The "sendmail" option is only available on linux/unix boxes I think. If you want to send mail from a windows server, you should choose the "smtp" option and provide a valid smtp server (your ISP's provider should be ok).
