Email notification for unchanged task

Hello,
Please I want to know how can I configure redmine so that user are inform about their task (ticket)
when these task have made a long time without a change of their status.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
If you use version 2.3.1 or older, such option doesn't exist.
About newer - have no information.

Isn't this what the "Redmine whining" plugin is about?
